Will the new cabinets match my existing woodwork?
We provide a stained and finished wood sample for your approval before starting the project. Some variations are normal and allowed.
What if my cabinets are not installed when promised?
We put in writing the when the project will be completed and strive to meet that commitment. Typically our lead times are usually very accurate. Occasionally events happen that are beyond our control and we work with you to install your project as close to the original date as possible.
Can I trust that the workers in our home will be professional?
Yes, most of our craftsmen have been with the company for many years. If I could not trust an employee in my own home they would not work at Beyond Cabinets. Jon Mueller
Can I cancel the cabinet order if I change my mind?
Yes, although this has never happened. Provided we have not started fabricating your project, any deposit will be fully returned. If your project were in production, a partial refund would apply because we select wood and raw materials especially for your project, which we may not be able to use for another.
What if the cabinets do not fit the space, or if the appliances do not fit properly?
We take pride in getting it "right the first time". We guarantee a proper fit or the cabinets will be remade at no cost to you.
How long do you guarantee your work?
State licensing requires us to warranty materials and workmanship for 2 years. However, we commonly do repairs and adjustments "free of charge" for all of our clients no matter how old the cabinets are.
Can I come by the shop to see my cabinet project in process?
Absolutely! We welcome clients into the workshop. Many times we request you to visit in order to discuss a detail or to get your opinion on something.
Do you design cabinets too?
Yes, we have been designing and drafting cabinet plans since 1988. We also welcome others designs, whether by you, a professional designer or architect.
Do you do complete remodels?
Our licensing is for residential and commercial finished carpentry. We do however work with many general contractors and can arrange for complete contracting or project management.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes. Appointments are recommended.
